The Wibbly Wobbly Bird

The Wibbly Wobbly Bird meets Noggin on his travels . He is on a quest to find help for the creatures who live in and around Long Itchington pond.

Wibbly Wobbly arranges for Noggin to travel to Long Itchington to help clear the pond of mud and silt. Originating from a lake in Ireland, Wibbly Wobbly loves to dance and sing which is surprising given his ridiculously  long legs and neck.
